Eligibility: A student must first have a current physical on file in the athletic director's office as well as a signed parent/student concussion statement. Secondly, students may not have more than 1 F on your last report card to be eligible for sports at Grandview.
Sports Physicals: You always have the option to go to your regular doctor or you can visit one of the very affordable and no appointment necessary sports physical clinics. AFC Urgent Care in Viewmont, Urgent Care of Mtn View & FastMed Urgent Care $25, walk-ins welcome.
